CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE IN YOUR FACILITY?

We only store recreational vehicles, boats, and utility trailers not used for daily business needs.  RVs include motorhomes, camper trailers, and pop-up trailers.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept payments in the form of cash, check, cashier's check, money orders, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, and debit and credit cards.

WHAT SIZE SPACES DO YOU OFFER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We offer a variety of space sizes based on your needs and cost varies based on the size of space needed.  Give us a call and we can give you a quote over the phone. 210-913-1547

Please note that customers who opt for a month-to-month lease will be charged an additional $15 per month.  Month-to-month and six month leases will not be eligible for specials.  Prices can change without notice.

DO YOU OFFER COVERED PARKING?

All spaces are open parking without covers.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RENT A SPACE?

When you come in to sign a lease, please bring a valid driver's license, current proof of insurance, current registration, and payment for first and last month's rent.

SHOULD I TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS WHEN STORING MY RV FOR THE WINTER?

Yes, we always recommend you winterize your boat/RV for winter months.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOAT/RV IS DAMAGED OR STOLEN?

Lynam Family Boat & RV Storage is not responsible for any damaged or stolen vehicles.  You must carry your own insurance on the stored vehicle.

CAN I DROP OFF/PICK UP MY RV OR BOAT AT ANYTIME?

You will have access to your unit during business hours.  Any after hour requests, must be given to the facility in advance.  For entrance to the facility, must call or text 210-913-1547

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Deposits are not required however when signing a term lease, must have first and last month's rent. If you sign in the middle of the month, the amount is prorated and counts as your first month's rent.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T PAY MY BILL?

You are given a grace period. Late fees will be charged after the first day payment is due.  You will be denied access to your unit until you pay your current balance.  All late fee and non-payment information is provided on the lease agreement.
